Market Environment
- GPC is positioned to capitalize on the fast paced growth of the installation services industry, also referred to as the Do-It-For-Me industry ("DIFM"). Recognizing these consumer growth trends and tremendous opportunities provides the perfect vehicle for consolidating the highly fragmented paint contracting industry.
Competition
- Extremely low barriers to entry and DIFM growth continue to increase fragmentation.
- Home improvement and reconstruction industries continue their focus on increasing their service offering to include more installation services. GPC will leverage this trend and capitalize on standardizing and consolidating the professional paint contracting industry.
Differentiation
- An experienced management team and trained and qualified contractors.
- Consumer confidence levels are substantially higher due to the credibility of the established strategic alliances.
Capacity
- Pre-Qualification of contractors is ongoing with a continuous effort to increase capacity.

Management Team
Officers
Timothy E. Weeks: Tim has over 12 years experience in the home improvement industry working for Behr Paint Corporation, his most recent position held was Sr. Vice President overseeing over $1 Billion in sales and $100 Million in operating expenses. He has developed strong relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry that include: Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Ace Hardware, True Value, Pulte Homes, Delta Faucet, Mill’s Pride, MonierLifetile, and Black & Decker. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an Assoc. degree in Real Estate from Ferris State University, as well as, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
Erik C. Records: Erik has over 11 years experience in the mergers and acquisitions industry. Over his career Erik has built companies and/or consummated acquisitions in the contract guard, automotive aftermarket, rubber and plastic molding, roller bearing and personal care industries. Erik was a Director at W.E. Myers & Company, Principal at Buttonwood Capital Group and Partner at Myers Capital Partners (all of which were affiliated entities). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance, real estate and law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
Cesar Rosas: Cesar has over 10 years experience in finance. Cesar’s most recent experience was to serve as a consultant for The David Lewis Company where he was responsible for financial modeling and forecasting. In addition, Cesar has worked for major fortune 500 companies such as Pepsi Cola Bottling Group, GMAC, and Norwest Financial. Cesar has experience in distribution (computer products), high-tech, aerospace, and the banking industry. Cesar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State university San Bernardino and his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Peter G. McRae: Peter has over 12 years experience in Information Systems Management. He was IS Manager for Europacific Parts International (EPI) where sales increased from $10M to $40M through innovative computerized programs and wide area communications. He was Executive Vice President of Piper Communications, where he continued to support IT departments of EPI and various other companies. Peter holds certifications with Microsoft, Cisco and 3Com. |
